Notch Therapy is available in Rexton hearing aids. In this therapy there is no addition of sounds, but their suppression. Its main objective is to relieve tinnitus without a competitive sound, it works at the cortical level, decreasing neural hyperactivity.

TRT consists of getting the patient used to living with the sound to the point of not noticing it. After the tinnitus analysis, a pleasant and comfortable sound is determined, as this sound is continuous and monotonous, the person stops noticing it over time. The patient can choose either static noises (white noise, pink noise, speech noise, etc.) or modulated sounds (sea wave sounds) to provide relaxation.
